I was sent to hundreds of frames from which to choose and given time to do so. Dr was thorough and clearly explained what she diagnosed. I saw the optometrist within minutes of finishing there. My eyes were checked by a technician who was sanitizing equipment as I entered. My wait was only minutes before being called to a staff member who requested instance and medical details and had me sign forms. I was met inside the door before going forward by a receptionist who checked me in, pointed me to a waiting area with adequate spacing, and provided sanitizer for my hands. When I arrived all employees and customers were wearing masks for safety. I scheduled an appointment and completed preliminary paperwork on line. Visionworks has adapted their business well in this pandemic.
